Clemens continues to roll along
Roger Clemens continues to cement his place in Cooperstown notching his 314th major league baseball victory, tying him for 15th overall with Gaylord Perry and registering his 4,125th strikeout, putting him thrid overall behind Nolan Ryan and Steve Carlton. Clemens who is now 4-0 for the season, lead the Astros over the Colorado Rockies in a 8-5 victory. After announcing his retirement from baseball last year, his return back to the game with his hometown team has turned out to be quite a positive for MLB and the Astros. Even at age 42, Roger Clemens is still quite the dominant pitcher and should continue to break more baseball pitching records.
